i have recently been using the following build from pvx http://pvx.wikia.com/wiki/Build:W/R_NRA_Rage_War mostly because i like running around with a pet

i was thinking about fitting keen chop into the build instead of executioner's strike but i am curious about how much dps keen chop actually has (i will be using this build in hm if that makes any difference). i am not home right now so i can not test myself but if anyone knows off the top of their head it would be greatly appreciated.

It doesn't have nearly the DPS that executioner's strike does. A critical attack is still reduced by armor, the +38ish that executioner's has isn't.

Keen chop is so bad.

It has your str attribute as armor penetration along with a critical hit.

Executioner's>Keen chop

Executioner's can also not only get it's own critical, but the + damage is probably more than your regular crit would even do in HM against high AL

To elaborate, Keen Chop will use up a lot of adrenaline. So much that by putting it on a bar with other adrenaline skills it will lower your DPS.

Keen Chop is a poor skill IMO. If you spam it you wont be able to use your other adrenaline skills promptly.
